Communication Policy

Client Response Time: We understand that timely responses are crucial to the success of a project. Therefore, we require clients to respond to our inquiries and requests within 5 business days. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the project being considered abandoned by the client.

Communication from Get Smart Creative Solutions: We are committed to keeping our clients updated on project progress and responding to client inquiries within 48 business hours. We communicate via email, phone, or any other preferred method of communication agreed upon by both parties.

Payment Policy

At Get Smart Creative Solutions, we require full payment before we execute and deliver any services. We offer various payment options, including third-party payment installments like Sezzle, as well as in-house payment plans. However, all payments must be received before the start of the service, unless we agree upon a different arrangement.

In addition to our payment policy, please note that all project quotes are only valid for 30 days from the date of the initial proposal.
